Job Description
• Work closely with the Head of Football Strategy & Analytics (HoFS&A) to identify the Club’s key strategic priorities in the football department and monitor progress against these priorities. • Support senior stakeholders in the football department with the ongoing development of the Club’s football strategy, together with implementing and embedding the Club’s football strategy across the organisaion, including support for presentations, producing key documents, leading workshops, and implementing project management practices. • Produce regular updates monitoring progress against associated KPIs. • Develop a suite of regular reports for the CEO, Ownership and senior stakeholders in the football department that analyse and monitor performance within the football department. • Produce ad-hoc benchmarking and competitor analysis to inform key strategic decisions across all areas of the football department, including sourcing critical information from different internal and external sources. • Support the Head of Football Strategy & Analytics (HoFS&A) with decision-making around transfer activity and overall squad planning for both the Men’s & Women’s 1st Teams. • Prepare updates, reviews, reports, and presentations on behalf of the HoFS&A.
