1. About Footyjobs

Footyjobs is an online job board connecting employers in the football industry with potential candidates. We are operated from the Netherlands. By using our website you agree to these terms.

2. Job Listings

By submitting a job listing you confirm that:

  • The vacancy is genuine and accurately described.
  • You have the authority to post on behalf of the organisation.
  • The listing does not contain false, misleading, or discriminatory content.
  • The role is related to the football or sports industry.

3. Payment

Listing fees are charged per posting as shown on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable once a listing has gone live, except where required by law.

4. Listing Duration

All listings are active for 30 days from the date of publication. After this period, listings will automatically expire and no longer be visible on the site.

5. Footyjobs-Posted Listings

Footyjobs may post job listings on behalf of organisations as a service to grow the platform. These listings are clearly marked and are posted in good faith based on publicly available information. If you represent an organisation and wish to have a listing removed or updated, contact us at hello@footyjobs.com.

6. Content Moderation

Footyjobs reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, contains inappropriate content, or is deemed unsuitable at our discretion. No refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Disclaimer

Footyjobs acts solely as a platform connecting employers and job seekers. We are not responsible for the content of listings, the conduct of employers or applicants, or the outcome of any application process.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including design, copy, and code, is the property of Footyjobs. Job listing content remains the property of the posting organisation.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
