Academy Data Analyst

The Academy Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming Newcastle United’s Academy data into clear, impactful insights that illuminate each player’s development journey.

This role blends data engineering, visual analytics, storytelling, and applied football understanding to help NUFC Academy make informed decisions that support long‑term progression toward first‑team football.

The role works closely with Academy coaches, sports science and medical staff, and the wider Data & Insights department, translating data from across the player pathway into products that are trusted and used day to day.
